The Porsche Mission Post is an electric vehicle (EV) charging and vehicle diagnostics hub inspired by motorsports and mid-race pitstop activities. Mission Post features a high speed charging plug, tyre pressure monitor and inflator, and a detachable touch screen tablet displaying the vehicle diagnostics. Designed for the easy access to all of the technical data and information from their connected Porsche, Mission Post ensures that the user will be fully prepared for their journey, whether it is to the racetrack or the local supermarket. Mission Post is a concept that looks to the future of e-mobility and the bridging of high performance production EVs and the future of motorsport.
Data in Detail
Detachable when connected to a Porsche and all data is uploaded.
Users can monitor various information regarding their Porsche on the tablet and set it aside separately.
Various LEDs light up accordingly to indicate the status of both the charger, and the tyre pressure monitor and inflator. A silicon tool tray on top creates an ideal space for the user to place some tools and belongings, including a Porsche engraved spanner, and lug nut wrench that both come with Mission Post.
Mission Post would be available in any Porsche colour, to match the owner's vehicle. Owners would also have the option to select special iconic Porsche Motorsport liveries to emphasise the motorsport-inspired diagnostics hub.
